ABOUT SFNCA

In November 2008 the SFNCA received final approval from the Internal Revenue Service for our 501c(4) application. We are now an official Non-Profit organization! According the tax code, Civic Associations fall under the 501c(4) designation and contributions are not deductible according to section 170(c)(2) of the code.
